Comfortable room amenities

Stayed here for 1 day, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable and excellent location in easy walking distance to everything. My food was good and brilliant.

The units are immaculate, fairly quiet.

Leanne was super cute when we arrived late, and the breakfast was great with lots of choice. The room was comfy and clean. It had plenty of hot water. We really appreciated the free parking permit and the ability to come and go easily. Definitely would stay again 😊

This is a Victorian clean hotel providing extremely pleasant rooms. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and helpful as well as the host. The location is very central. They serve a wide range of meals, the food I tried was BRILLIANT.

I was disappointed by the lack of meal facilities. A microwave or fridge would have been helpful . The sound insulation in the room was not great.

central base for easy access to city sights and parks

my stay was made even better by the awesome breakfast options, especially the freshly cooked items, and the central location made it just a short 10-minute walk to the historic Carlisle Castle, which I thoroughly enjoyed exploring during my city strolls.

My mornings began with a good array of breakfast options, from fresh pastries to a hearty cooked meal. Leanne's attentiveness.

The room faced the road, leading to some traffic noise during the night, which wasn't ideal for light sleepers.

Stayed in a Single Room with Private Bathroom for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfy, with nice decor. WiFi was strong, a plus for my work. Breakfast was amazing-cooked to order and really filling. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. Just a bit of noise from outside, but overall, I loved it!

A decent option for a city trip in Carlisle with high value for money. Breakfast had a lovely variety of fresh pastries, made the mornings enjoyable. Make sure to bring a portable charger or power bank if you need to use multiple devices.

The property is pretty clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are really nice and spacious, providing a very comfortable environment. it's a pleasant place to stay with ample room in the bedrooms. 😊.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, right near the town, city center, and the Hadrian's Wall path.
